Testimonials

“I feel strongly that we have a duty to help those in need, but it isn’t always easy to find those patients. DLN matched our office with someone who was in pain, needed a lot of dentistry, but had no way to afford it. My experience with DLN was very uplifting, I feel super fortunate to have had the opportunity to make a difference in Pat’s life.”

– Dr. Dawn Wehking, a DLN volunteer with Pat, a DLN patient

Apart from the free survey software, we also have access to QuestionPro’s free survey templates . We’ve found many of them useful and powerful to collect insights from various stakeholders of our organization.
