Lab supports DDS patient
Dental Lifeline Network (DLN) would like to recognize Artistic Dental Laboratory in Illinois for its wonderful support. Artistic has helped nearly 100 patients since becoming a Donated Dental Services (DDS) volunteer in 1997, totaling over $31,000 in donated fabrications. One recent DDS patient that Artistic helped was Lovenia, a single mother who raised eight children.
She retired from housekeeping at the age of 72. Cardiac problems, high blood pressure and nerve damage took a toll on her and with only seven upper and eight lower teeth, Lovenia had terrible oral pain. Yet she had nowhere to turn for help. Thankfully DDS volunteer dentist Dr. Carolyn Bronke together with Artistic Dental Laboratory provided Lovenia with a crown and partial lower dentures that allowed Lovenia to get her smile back and restore her oral health. Thank you Artistic Dental Lab for your generous contribution to patients like Lovenia.
“Working with DDS I know that the services Artistic provides benefits the patient directly. In some cases, when you offer a cash donation to an organization only a percentage of your donation goes to the patient. With DDS, 100% will directly affect the patient.” Artistic Dental Lab
