Report related to quality of health care recently released
The Secretary of Health and Human Services recently released an annual report related to quality of health care.
The first Annual Secretary’s Report on the Quality of Health Care for Adults Enrolled in Medicaid was released earlier in November. This report discusses the status of the first year of state reporting on the Medicaid Adult Core Set, and summarizes information on managed care performance measures and performance improvement projects (PIPs) reported in EQR technical reports submitted to CMS by states.
