Have a permanent disability or over 65 years old or have a chronic or serious illness and don’t have any other way to pay for dental care?
We have been changing and saving lives since 1975 through a network of volunteer dentists and labs that provide comprehensive dentistry for adults with special needs across the U.S.
Many adults cannot afford dental care, especially our community’s most vulnerable residents. From clearing up painful dental infections and being able to eat again to rejoining the workforce, Dental Lifeline Network helps those desperately in need of dental care become pain-free and smile confidently again.
The most unmet healthcare need for our aging population is oral health care. Nearly 70 percent of those without private dental coverage are elderly, meaning many go without necessary treatment.
We help people with mental and physical disabilities get the access to the dental care they need, wherever they are.
Dental complications such as infection or gum disease can impact those waiting to receive life-saving treatments such as an organ transplant or chemotherapy.
Whenever possible, we prioritize finding care for veterans that have a disability, are elderly, or in need of life-saving care.
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria: Be over 65 years of age, permanently disabled, or need medically necessary dental care and have no other means to afford or receive dental treatment.
