At Dental Lifeline Network, we are committed to developing and nurturing a diverse, inclusive, and equitable community where people feel valued and respected. We acknowledge that the differences in all those involved drives innovation and allows us to have a more enriched and positive organization. Our mission and our drive to inclusivity will allow us to better serve our patients and engage our volunteers with dignity and respect. 

DLN recognizes that a community that encourages inclusivity and diversity will respect the unique characteristics, skills, and experiences of everyone around us. This will continue to be an ongoing commitment by DLN to focus on where we can grow so that everyone involved with the organization feels that they are represented and respected. DLN’s main focus has always been to increase patients access to lifechanging healthcare – to provide them the care and dignity that they deserve. With the DEI initiative at DLN, we hope to elevate this mission to help more, include more and change more.
