Supporter Tribute

Dental Lifeline Network proudly recognizes Nobel Biocare, Straumann and Zimmer Biomet as longstanding corporate sponsors.  These three donate implants for special needs patients served by the Donated Dental Services (DDS) program. Over 15,000 dentists and 3,700 laboratories volunteer and these product donations support these wonderful volunteers.

43-year-old Penny, a single mother of three suffering from multiple sclerosis, is just one person helped.  She had broken and decayed teeth caused by medications to treat her condition.  A team of several DDS volunteers agreed to treat Penny, whose comprehensive treatment plan included donated implants and healing abutments for a three-unit bridge.  Without the dentists and lab volunteers, and material implant donations, Penny would not have received the care she desperately needed, but could not afford.

Collectively, these companies donate more than $200,000 in implants and components each year.

The financial value of the implant donations by Nobel Biocare, Straumann, and  Zimmer Biomet is enormous, and the impact on the health vulnerable people we help is incalculable. We are overwhelmed by the generosity of these companies”

– Fred Leviton, President, Dental Lifeline Network

DLN salutes these companies for their longstanding donations benefiting DDS patients:

Nobel Biocare: 11 years of support
Straumann: 15 years of support
Zimmer Biomet: 19 years of support

The generosity of these and other corporate sponsors in collaboration with the national network of volunteer dentists and laboratories enables Dental Lifeline Network to leverage every $1 donated into over $7 worth of dental treatment that is life changing and often life saving for the thousands of vulnerable individuals helped each year.
