Oral-B recently partnered with DLN to provide thousands of electric toothbrushes to its 15,000 volunteer network to distribute to Donated Dental Services (DDS) patients. Additionally, Oral-B’s monetary grant will help further the mission by helping recruit more dentists to help save and change the lives of more people.
Oral-B made a $1 million commitment in donated product and donated dental care to high-risk individuals. The partnership was announced alongside the launch of its new ADA approved Oral-B iO ™ toothbrush—a redesigned, electric toothbrush enabling best-ever clinical results and making it now possible for users to get the wow of a professional-clean feel at home, every time they brush.
“We are beyond thankful for Oral-B’s dedicated support in making its highly-advanced oral care products accessible to some of the people with special needs who need them most,” said Fred Leviton, DLN President & CEO.
Oral-B’s support will allow DLN to provide thousands of electric toothbrushes to some of the US’s most vulnerable individuals through its Donated Dental Services (DDS) program. This generous donation will help DDS patients continue to improve their oral health long after they have been treated.
“During a time where health and wellness are of critical importance, we are proud to work alongside Oral-B in our shared mission,” Leviton said
Actor, producer, director, and activist Eva Longoria, Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter, actor and executive producer Kelly Rowland, actor, producer and Host Mario Lopez, and popular beauty entrepreneur Manny MUA are joining forces with Oral-B to bring awareness to the importance of making oral health a priority. And to provide greater support to all, the brand is working with Dr. Bill Dorfman, along with dental professionals across the country to share their expertise and oral care tips. All spokespeople will also be spreading awareness about Dental Lifeline Network.
“As Oral-B is an oral care leader, we believe it is our responsibility to help those in need have access to both dental care and the right tools to maintain and improve their oral health,” said Carlos DeJesus, Senior Vice President North America Oral Care at Procter & Gamble.
