- Silver Circle. Donate between $300 and $499 and you will receive a 2019 DentaCheques package in recognition of your support.

Although dentists and labs donate their services, we still needs funds to support the volunteers and cover the costs to coordinate each individual case. While Dental Lifeline Network continues to raise funds from foundations to support DDS, we need additional funding to utilize every one of our dentists who generously volunteer for the DDS program. Your contribution will allow us to coordinate more cases and utilize more dentists who are willing to help.
