Four dental sales professionals from three dental supply companies are winners in the 2018 DentaCheques Sales Contest drawing. As of December 31, 2018 the winners have sold a combined total of 146 books, resulting in over $220,000 in dental care provided to vulnerable individuals. Revenue from sales of DentaCheques coupon books support free, comprehensive dental care provided through Dental Lifeline Network (DLN) programs to society’s most vulnerable people who have no other access to treatment.

Grand prize winner Ginger Harris of Patterson Dental explained, “Selling Dentacheques is a win-win because the patients are able to have dentistry they were not able to get and we are participating in helping others at the same time … I love the opportunity to work with my Patterson Team on helping others in our dental space all over the country. There is a saying that states ‘Be Good’ but more importantly ‘Do Good’”
Sales professionals from participating supply companies earned one entry to the drawing per DentaCheques book sold during July 1 to December 31, 2018. Representatives of Benco Dental, Dental Health Products, Inc., Henry Schein Dental, and Patterson Dental sold DentaCheques without compensation.
Robbie Schureman of Henry Schein Dental added, “Dentists love to give back in many ways and this program gives them a chance through easy monetary donation via book purchase and providing needed services to patients in need. For me, it’s hard to explain [the impact] until you actually see the dentist, patient, and whole team have tears in their eyes because a life has been changed forever!”
DentaCheques sales throughout 2019 are projected to raise $400,000 to financially support the delivery of dental care to thousands of vulnerable people through DLN and its Donated Dental Services (DDS) program. Over 15,000 dentists and 3,500 laboratories nationwide volunteer for DDS and donate care to people with disabilities or who are elderly or medically fragile.
